About Deanna Shampeny
Deanna is the founder and owner of Zenith Properties and a licensed Montana property manager.
Before moving into property management, Deanna spent years as a tech executive, leading teams, building systems, and navigating the pace and complexity of the tech industry. She brings that same operational discipline to property management in Bozeman: structured processes, efficient communication, proactive problem-solving, and a low tolerance for dropped balls.
She's also a property owner and landlord herself, which shapes how Zenith operates. The decisions we make are informed by the reality of what it costs to own rental property in this market. Deanna thinks like an owner because she is one.
Outside of work, Deanna spends her time hiking, biking, skiing, riding horses and generally getting outside with her husband, Kris, and their dogs, Koloa and Sailor. She loves traveling, cooking, wine, and house projects — an occupational hazard when you work in property management.
