What to expect

Getting started with Zenith is straightforward.

• Consultation. We start with a conversation to learn about your property, your goals, and what you need from a property manager. This is also your chance to ask questions and get a feel for how we work.

• Owner intake. Once we agree it's a good fit, we walk through our owner intake process — collecting the details we need to manage your property well from day one.

• Property walkthrough. We visit the property to assess its condition, note any maintenance needs, and document the starting point.

• Agreements and keys. We sign the management agreement, transfer keys, and get everything set up in our software system.

• Then you relax. Marketing, leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, financial reporting, and communication — we take it from here.
